Incident Management process
The efficient and effective incident management process iBanx has developed, is based on its experience and best practice in industry.
This process clarifies what incidents and near misses are and ensures that they are reported and dealt with in a way that is integrated in day-to-day work. HSE thus becomes the responsibility of everyone in the line of command, not just the HSE Coordinator.
The process also provides ways of analysing incidents and near misses and a platform for sharing lessons learnt.
A major factor in our success is the unique iBanx Implementation Methodology, whereby we inform and train those concerned and ultimately coach them on the shop floor. In consultation with you we formulate targets and define an optimized process based on best practice and your particular company situation. Training and coaching are followed by improvements where necessary. Each project begins and ends with a KPI audit to check whether the targets have been met.
