Management of Change process

iBanx has developed a state-of-the-art MoC process based on industrial best practices. This process ensures that all those involved always take the right steps and that all the safety aspects of the change are adequately assessed.

It also distinguishes between changes that involve more or less risk. This results in less work and faster implementation of the less risky changes.

iBanx works with a very succesful, unique, self developed implementation method, in which employees are informed, trained and eventually coached on the shop floor. Based on best practices and together with you we formulate objectives on your specific industrial situation. After training and coaching, we carry out improvements where necessary.

Each project starts and ends with KPI measurements to determine whether the set objectives have been achieved.
