Production Information Handover process

The state-of-the-art process for communication in production iBanx has developed, is efficient and effective and has proven itself in practice; more than 140 factories use it to their entire satisfaction.

The process includes industrial best practices for methods, communication and procedures for e.g. ‘handover’ and ‘gathering and issuing instructions’.

A significant success factor is the unique iBanx implementation method, in which employees are informed, trained and eventually coached on the shop floor. Together with you, we formulate objectives and, based on best practices and your specific industrial situation, we define and implement an optimized process. After training and coaching, improvements are carried out where necessary.

Each project starts and ends with KPI measurements to determine whether the set objectives have been achieved.
